      Pros

      Autonomy, smart colleagues who challenge and stretch you, collaborative, inspiring leaders, global vision, excellent perks, great culture, constantly evolving and aiming to create safer products for the future, whilst protecting the incomes of the hundreds of thousands of people globally who rely on tobacco for a living.

      Cons

      It's a huge company so stakeholder engagement can be challenging, but equally rewarding when you get it right and a superb learning experience.

      Building, location, friendly and exciting. new CEO instilling some positive change and focus. Has brought back discipline in some areas.

      Cons

      Uncertain times. Not focused enough on leadership and leaders really walking the talk. New CEO instilling another overtly masculine culture. Feels lightweight in terms of culture diversity and engagement.
