- good life/work balance - good company culture - above market salary - challenging tasks

Cons

Worked for the IT department which has been re-shaped and a lot of tasks has been outsourced to regional hubs, India and London HQ. Reaching a decision was sometimes a lengthy process of meetings and e-mail exchange.
