      Pros

      Reward package is very good, lots of scope for advancement, both uk and overseas. Staff generally well looked after. Early responsibility.

      Cons

      Can be slow and bureaucratic. Too many people involved in the simplest of decisions. Self interest of some managers can get in the way of the right decision

      Benefits, sick pay, maternity pay

      Cons

      No career development, focus is on talent from graduate schemes. Boring job & high security risk. Always ask manager how long they have been in role normally 5-15 yrs without any intention of moving! Nags have been their for decades again with no intention of moving. A lot of money is wasted on ridiculous new products.

      Pros

      BAT UK provides great career opportunities and gives people opportunities to grow and challenge themselves regardless of age or experience. The pay is pretty good, and in a good year the bonus is very generous. There is a very positive culture (it's fun, relaxed and informal). Anyone can go and talk to senior management, there are no airs and graces and no big egos.

      Cons

      It's not really a 'con' as such, but it's hard work! You definitely have to work for your money. Sometimes it feels as though some departments are more 'up against it' than others, which can feel a bit unfair, but it tends to even itself out across the year.
