Pros

High performance culture, international career opportunities for high potentials. US acquisition will place it at top of tree. Truly diverse in culture. People from any country can grow and get to the top and this runs in the company's bloodstream.

Cons

High performance culture leads to stiff internal competition and very high stretch targets in some areas.You need to be resilient and totally focussed on delivering stretch targets to thrive and this is not for everyone.
