      Great People and Packages, Controversial Products and Politics

      Pros

      People are very helpful, collaborative at mid-management and below. Packages are (have to be) very competitive so staff retention is generally high, although people keep saying things are changing.

      Cons

      Organisation is very federated and sometimes too cumbersome when trying to implement change. Networking and a little too much emphasis on who you know rather than what you've delivered. Organisational change and restructuring leaves people bewildered at times as moves happen frequently and without much regard to career aspirations.

      Long working hours, very political organization, I do not recommend to anybody. The company doesnt care about its employees. Managers are only concerned with getting things done on time, no work-life balance. HR is completely incompetent.
