Good pay and benefits. Great culture and work life balance . Nice colleagues and challenging assignments as well as diversity of ideas and project . Able to rotate to other departments

Cons

Too much excesses in end market. Lots of governance that employee needs to adhere too. Processes are not in place to leverage on efficiency .
