Constant restructuring has created an environment where employees are either waiting for a redundancy (those with long service) or scared they're going to be made redundant. Very political Working for a tobacco company damages personal brand and will see your career back and can have an impact on future employment prospects

Good, world class practices in all areas, but especially in marketing. Truly multinational spirit and culture. Great people, very professional attitude.

Cons

Tobacco industry image and future prospects. Lots of restructuring in the past years. Company culture became less humanitarian, more ruthless.
