      Great organisation to work for with lots of opportunities to learn, develop and travel. I enjoyed engaging with a lot of very talented people daily and saw a tremendous personal growth during my time in BAT

      You learn a lot at BAT, you're continuously challenged and you're expected to take responsibility for your actions. Loved it.

      Cons

      Sometimes a hedonistic environment. The higher you get, the mor epolitical the game gets. Reminded me of House of Cards sometimes.
