      Nice people. Good place to learn processes in international business context. Nice salary. Free lunch. Free transport. Other bonuses.

      Cons

      Not enough of career growth. Mainly Management Trainee graduates are supported. Quite difficult to grow for normal specialists who have long-term plan with the company.

      A highly advanced trade marketing company. You would learn a lot about marketing, sales and distribution. Some of the best perks and benefits in the industry for a job of the same level (car with chauffeur, company provided apartment, excellent bonus and profit sharing packages).

      Cons

      Definitely there's the guilt of working for a tobacco company. Some company cultures can be utterly disgusting.
