History of solid year-on-year performance. Genuinely responsible player in a controversial industry.

Cons

Industry facing systemic volume decline. Systemic volume decline leads to down pricing across the industry. Down pricing leads to margin erosion. Margin erosion leads to tremendous cost pressures, excessive restructuring and limited growth funding.

* Great work environment. * Career opportunities. * Compensation Benefits Generally speaking is a good company to work for. Although there are much better opportunities In Europe or North America. In my case i worked in south America

Cons

Many jobs are not directly with the company, they are through subcontractors, at the end you receive less money for your duties.
