      Pros

      Great atmosphere, supporting supervisors, possibility to develop different talents, good salary (if employed strictly by company), clear strategy communicated by leadership team.

      Cons

      Poor salary (if contractor), lack of discipline and process thinking, too much involvement of global team which does not take enough effort to check local environment.

      Pros

      People working for a while in this company usually do not notice what a good company is. There's a very good overall reward package, the company has excellent practices in order to develop its employees and there's no layers when it comes to do your job, so you can work with very senior people at the top level on a regular basis.

      Cons

      The company compares a lot with itself and there's a lack of vision in terms of what are the trends in the market. This is not only about products. Innovation is something that we talk a lot, but it takes years to become a reality. This is cross-function and you can see either when we are talking about products, processes or technology. Also in the past years the measures to keep the business going have been a bit excessive when it comes to costs.
