End Market Slave Culture that contribute to high attrition rate in Shared Service. Poor Project Management for system deployment that Global Transactional Team does not communicate and work together with Global Reporting Team simple as reporting hierarchy, mapping etc. and no proper knowledge or guidance is share, communication always breakdown. This resulted all the system End User become the VICTIM to experience all the disaster for data clean up and stabilisation. Wrong IT investment rather spend the budget fix the wrong system than to build a proper system.
