      Pros

      BAT unquestionably has a culture that embraces a focus on personal growth. Being surrounded by people who are taking personal responsibility for trying to excel in what they do and who they are is a highly motivating and rewarding experience. Furthermore, working for an organisation who very clearly puts people high on it's strategic agenda is worth its weight in gold!

      Cons

      I wish it was Starbucks and not Costa Coffee on site! :-)

      Pros

      A company that was born international. The scope and exposure to people and projects from around the world gives so much diverse experience. This is the type of business if you are ambitious, passionate and happy to get stuck in, then career progression will happen for you. They encourage, reward and celebrate great results.

      Cons

      It is a really big company, so when changes are needed to happen at a global level, the process can take a bit of time. Lots of people involved and to manage.

      Truly international environment with real opportunities for career growth if you are open for challenges and (important!) if you are mobile; Good compensation and benefits offering

      Networking is important, but this is rather a standard ambiance of any large multinational
