- Best graduate programme compared to other companies. - Diverse and friendly culture. - Great career progression.

Cons

- Bureaucratic processes. - Intense cost-cutting measures taking place. - Negative stigma attached to the tobacco industry. - Declining industry. - Salary is not competitive anymore.

Pros

Superb salary and reward package. Excellent training opportunities. Good management and focussed team working environment. Fantastic international market trading model.

Cons

Small fish in overall Group, limited opportunities to grow career in Switzerland. Group would not accept Swiss based persons for international assignment as deemed too expensive. This prompted Company to establish and outsource Swiss jobs to cheaper countries - UK, Romania etc. THis caused a lot of low moral amongst remaining employees.
