      Good starting point, but then move on!

      Pros

      Big company, many different roles available, nice people, international offices, opportunities to move abroad. Nice benefits: shares, gym on site, bonus, private health, parking... Good starting point for someone to start a career, but gain experience and then move on if you want to develop your career and get pay well.

      Cons

      The company is more focused on save money and cut costs than provide a good service. Savings from the company has been done at expenses of the people. Limited opportunities for promotion as this is done based on seniority instead of performance. Salary reviews are not in line with good performance and are below the market (for that area). Very long hours and no reward.
