Truly international environment, in which most people can get some international exposure. Flexibility in working hours and in working from home Excellent compensation

Cons

Lack of work-life balance Lost some steam in last 2 or 3 years Positions are cannibalized by "low-cost" countries

* Great work environment. * Career opportunities. * Compensation Benefits Generally speaking is a good company to work for. Although there are much better opportunities In Europe or North America. In my case i worked in south America

Cons

Many jobs are not directly with the company, they are through subcontractors, at the end you receive less money for your duties.
