nice, spacious office; good computers; good working conditions no overtime

Cons

small salary too many young people -> chaos, bad attitude disrespect from colleagues from other BAT offices recommendation system means that only people that were recommended by someone on the inside will have an ok life in the company. the rest will have to prove more in order to have the same chances
