      Pros

      BAT is a great company to work for as a teenager, a productive experience. I can say i gained discipline and self motivation.

      Cons

      The only con i find it's the extra hours. You get to work a lot also after your daily schedule is finished, and it doesen't matter for the company that it's on you own personal time.

      BAT has an amazing learning and fast-paced environment and culture. It's also a well-paying employer and has commitment to career growth for all employees.

      Cons

      There is too much bureaucracy within the company and this builds political leaders at all management levels which enhances bureaucracy in the company.
