Good organisation with competitive salaries and good exposure.. grooms you professionally. Good standards and procedures.

Cons

No work life balance at all. The CEO one day decides to do something and a nonsense global project starts and we have to do it while doing our BAU. No employee involvement when it comes to execution of any project.. the senuor mgmt decides and u just have to implement. Regardless whether u agree or not
