I have worked in BAT for 9 years, started my career in Latin America right after university. I joined mainly due to its reputation around career development and international nature of work. To be honest, I had never imagined staying in the group for more than 3 - 4 years, today I look back at my career and really can say BAT is a great place to work, great people, great leaders and great dynamic and young working environment. After having lived and worked in more than 3 different countries with BAT I can really say it is one of the best places to develop an international career. I would definitively recommend BAT.

Pros

British American Tobacco is the best company in Bangladesh ( I think that). It has a lot of employer. It's financial processing is so high. So I prefer it.
