A good place to begin a career. The job scope is so wide that a fresh graduate could get lots of exposures in a short period of time due to the medium organization size.

Cons

The were quite a number of uncertainties due to the organization re-structuring. Staff were not well informed about the possible changes nor clear directions were given.

Good Salary and benefits. Lots of training opportunities.

Cons

Very political and hostile environment. Work life balance is terrible. Lots of restrictions around tobacco marketing so there is only so much you can learn. Your development really depends on who your boss is.
