Fast career moves are possible. Paid well enough. Good to get experience

Cons

Too much politics taking over vs. common sense. Not much of innovation, real forward thinking. Tobacco marketing is super restricted.

Depending on the area you are, there is a huge oportunity to improve your career. Company invest a lot of money and time in training. Performance evaluations are fair.

Competetive culture, hight requirements for reporting, analytics and product flows understanding. Strict behaviour patterns, communication flow rules within structure, Decent salary and bonus scheme. Opportunity for cross-functional, globe career growth and intrenational culture awareness. Carrer development pools for high potential employees.

Cons

Burocratic environment of more then 100 years old organization doesnt allow flexibility in problem solving and business model change. Highly focused on results delivery but people. Not an entrepreneurial place for creativity and trying modern business technics in daily work due to outdated set up procedures and difficulty of changing the politics. No growth opportunity for middle management and employees within regional structure. No work-life balance or compensation for extra-hours work.
