      Pros

      Chances to communicate with various kind of person while working with customers domestics and partners in Singapore. Dealing with different situations coming from customers' requests and internal request

      Cons

      There are less opportunities in Ops function vs other functions to get higher position. Many ad hoc reports and requests. Scope of job sometimes seems to be not clear

      Pros

      BAT culture is great. One of the best for personal leadership and professional skills development. It has a lot of resources and the people are generally high quality and very nice. There were many types of projects to work on and opportunities are abundant.

      Cons

      There were a lot of change so it could be difficult to gain professional traction. Good people sometimes left without notice and communications was not always transparent.
