- cash rich organisation - great opportunities in markets to learn and develop

Cons

- unclear vision of the future of the organisation - from mid management upwards it is about whom you know rather then what you know and deliver - decision making is slow and even once a decision is made, it often is reversed - bullying is tolerated, particularly high up in the organisation

Processes, marketing, trade marketing, coaching. People treated with respect. Highly professional.

Cons

Politics. In some way, too structured and too burocratic. Brazilian people have some advantage since today, the CEO an many prominent executives are brazilian. Arrogance is part of the DNA of th company. Culture used to be more open before the arrival of current CEO, who is too much oriented towards results and less to people.
