      Very poor corporate culture, no values Environment with no trust, a lot of micro management, highly political Management is poorly trained to standard management practices though very arrogant HR practices are outdated

      Pros

      Very international, good salary and benefits, good location.

      Cons

      Friendly atmosphere on the outset but one soon realises that the culture is very political and competitive. Some pretentious employees who have it too comfortable and never leave so staff turnover too low which brings in no new blood and ideas. Everyone is extremely grade conscious which determines your worth in the company.

      Very good learning environment, full understanding of corporate culture, globally open career path, better than expected internal relations, competative level of benefits and salaries

      Cons

      High rate of staff rotation make you feel unsafe sometimes. There is no enough amount of control over duty performance of some departments. IT security regulations are much more strict then enough.
