- Its a people focus company - Listers and Management Trainees are very well taken care of with excellent progression planning - Managers are trained and rotated regularly to learn different/new areas of business

Cons

- Youth trumps experiences so if you are in your late thirties and average performer, start looking for another job - Relationship matters significantly. So if you can talk and present well and butter up higher management, than you can work, this company is for you. - Prioritises manufacturing over supply chain - Terrible SAP system and supply chain management - Because Managers are rotated so often (for the sake of rotating and not for benefit of business), operations cannot improve (or improve marginally) over time - Many top management leading business unit have little related experiencein that specific business
