- looks after employees well, good salaries, international opportunities - people generally nice and social

Cons

- well it is a tobacco company...so you need to get your head around that - quite a few moderate managers, but who would leave considering the salaries they get?

Diverse working environment Given chances to chart your own career progression ( need to tie with business needs) Committed for people development through job rotation within function or across countries Competitive compensation and employee benefits package Emphasize on work life balance

Cons

Location is far away from town. Better access by driving. Life aspects may not be so great for young professionals. The mix of various business units (regional/local level and different functions) make it less like working for a company driven for the same goals/priorities
