1. The experience helps to become a good manager and the experience also helps one to understand how a business enterprise in the fast moving category works. 2. For fresh graduates it is a good opportunity to groom up as a manager.

Cons

1. Involved 9-5 selling a product that is controversial. The aspect of being involved for long period of time can seriously bring about personal moral degradation that in turn can affect at personal levels in addition to the harm caused to the society in general.

A British company with British culture. Family oriented and caring. Presence in over 180 countries. Headquartered in London. Best in class in Trade Marketing & Distribution

Cons

Extremely hierarchical due to a layered structure. Very bureaucratic. Process driven. Despite being a consumer good company, Marketing is subservient to all other support functions like Supply Chain (especially Procurement), Legal and CORA. Very slow career progress. Despite being a global company, has very few global brands.
