- too process driven and managers are bogged down by processes, systems and endless presentation - Marketers are not exposed to ATL and other marketing touchpoints that are in trend and relevant to the market. - Highly paid and hard to look for jobs - Work-life balance is compromised sometimes - It is tobacco industry, challenging and industry landscape can change drastically overnight due to government's initiative to curb smoking. - Industry is highly restricted.
