It's a big MNC, we have different cultures coming together. You can easily have an internal transfer when interested in another position. Everyone take this as their last career places, as they see the potential to be here and benefit.

Cons

Have to be patient and endure when you first join into a position that you doesn't like, just keep on practice will do.

Easily one of the best compensation packages in the country. Along with a very convenient medical coverage policy and decent perks.

Cons

Top management makes decisions completely based on perception instead of direct working experience. The evaluation process is full of internal politics. Also, once you are out of the company, there are a very low amount of scopes in the country to replicate or leverage your experience in another organization (special case for Ops/Manufacturing only).
