Good benefits, competitive Super contribution

Cons

The company promotes a culture of working overtime, and long working hours are considered normal, even on weekends and during holidays, where replying to emails is expected. They say they don't monitor your time, but they expect you to work just like they do. Some employees who have been with the company for a long time even report to the higher-ups and micro-manage you.

very globally connected, strong collaboration culture however requires a lot of meetings

Cons

middle managers 37/38 are not good people managers. They're great at what they do but leading people is not in their skillset. The company did not give this a high priority.
