Emphasizes a lot on diversity, but the reality is if you do not talk in the same wavelength as everyone else, you will soon be pushed aside. - Leadership, especially in Trade Marketing, focuses more on glamor of work than actual effectiveness. Highly invasive of personal space and immensely unprofessional during reprimands. - Work life balance in this company is a myth. If it is important to you, I suggest you STAY AWAY. - Company seems lost when it comes to adjusted mission and vision during pandemic.

Everyone I know is actively looking or leaving this sinking ship. They speak of higher profitablity; but continue to cut the work force. Not realizing that the true work is done at the store level with TM. There is not one TM in the country that is happy with this company. They have retired the old leadership that made this job fun and interesting; they treated us like we actually mattered. It's a bad marriage and it needs to end. The entire management team and duck a sick ( exchange the d and s). As soon as my ship arrives I will leave this ship hole and never look back. Cons leadership, work life balance (vacation days you can't really us) too much new product and no place to put it and unreasonable request.
