very structured approach to most people processes, you get procedures that sustain activity, people are generally competent & ready to offer support Great learning experience for someone in their early to mid stage career A lot of HR initiatives, for an HR professional it's truely a good school Focus on performance

Cons

Complex environment that focuses on risk, every procedure counts, every wrong step counts too. Speed and inovation are expected while also closely following complex procedures which in itself is a contradiction Culture of performance means sometimes the management style can be jarring. Depends on your luck Highly demanding environment - it either makes or breaks you
