Pros
Nice and chill environment, snacks in the office. Time to study and improve, possibilities to work with people from many different countries, nice colleagues. Flexible schedule and hybrid.
Cons
The work is mainly data processing services in most of the departments of GBS. Not much possibility to grow or get promoted, most of the positions are already promised to pre-selected internal candidates. No freedom to express or make decisions, you can feel the stagnation. People are often not trained, provided with minimum support when it comes to access, onboarding, knowledge transfer.
