- good bonus (Max 5 months) - company shuttle bus at 530pm - good bosses in my function - good D&D (7k rolex first prize lucky draw) - good benefits and welfare during covid-19.
Cons
- no career framework or promotion for both management and non-management - who smokes these day? i see more vaping than smoking even though vaping is illegal in singapore - if factory closes, not sure will BAT remains in Singapore - SNO shifting to KL, not sure if SG will survive as well - Very into Women Management Leadership recently. Male leaders tend to be from other countries and no SG homegrown ones. - HR very laidback. they used to have very driven HR team members (2 of them were some young talent of the year award nominees) but all left and now in better companies than BAT. - lots of highly seasoned people (at least 5 years in BAT)
