      Great place to work with great people.

      Cons

      More company benefits would be nice offering discounts at stores/gyms etc similar to blue light card but a corporate version of this or an annual bonus if the company makes x percent profit you receive y.

      Good variety of work Lots of clients Won't get bored Pay can be good but payrises are inconsistent

      Cons

      Workload is often too great to do a good job Company used to be very much focused on professional services and projects were considered a poor relation - believe that this changing now
