      A team of experts who are brilliant at what they do and the products and services they provide. A true focus on customers and delivering the best. A leadership team who trust and empower everyone to do a great job. There's no sloping shoulders here or passing problems around - ask someone for help and they will ensure you get an answer - people do what they say they will do. Investment in talent development, retention and progression. Great communication. Hybrid working. Pizza Fridays, summer BBQ's, and Friday drinks trolley are pretty nice touches too.
