      Really good progression Business growing fast with good direction Flexible and happy to accommodate remote working where possible Good management and share of workloads Really good teams and a friendly environment

      Sometimes kept in dark with business direction however this seems to be improving recently.

      Good team atmosphere amongst the majority of employees Friendly office environments

      Cons

      No clear business strategy. Lurch from one plan to another every month. Senior management only focus on the Sales and Support teams. If members of the other teams have issues these tend to be brushed under the carpet. Sometimes do not follow up on commitments. Inconsistent hybrid working philosophy. Some teams/individuals are made to work from the office more than others though senior managers say that there is a unified policy.
