      Great company to work for with lots of opportunities

      Pros

      Company benefits, which are added to and improved regularly; Health cash plan, life cover, birthday off, holiday buying scheme, cycle scheme, retail/restaurant discounts membership, dress down, pool tables, Directors often buy pizza/lunch for the offices, great Christmas party, last year all staff got vouchers for Christmas, lots of social events, annual pay reviews based on performance. Great team of people Recognised and rewarded for doing a good job Lots of transparency on business growth plans, Directors are very open about how business is and where it's heading. Given the opportunity to develop skills with fully funded financial support

      There are loads of great people who genuinely want to help people with IT Problems Team leaders care

      Cons

      Loads of leavers and cant seem to recruit Always getting asked to do more and more even if you dont have time people are looked at as just a resource or a statistic Training for self betterment is done in your own time All decisions are profit driven
