      Great people, all about the staff. Everyone gets on so well, lots of out of work activities arranged and attended by the team. Thriving environment to work in, always looking to promote within as well as looking to recruit the next A player

      Strong employer/employee relationships. Fast paced, challenging but always rewarding inc opportunities to advance. Highly skilled engineers both in Manchester and now in our Leeds office following the acquisition of Blue Logic.

      Pros

      Worked for Blue Logic in Leeds, prior to BCN Group purchasing the company in May 2019. This was an extremely positive move for the Leeds team as the BCN group has brought new energy, new skills, more fun, great people, more drive and a fantastic internal system that provides much needed visibility

      Cons

      The transition was hard, particularly moving to a new system, but we were supported all the way through.
