      Pros

      Any department other than Public Sector assurance is great to work for. Good diversity of Non public sector audit clients.

      Cons

      Terrible and highly unprofessional team to work for. No support network. No work life balance. High staff turnover. No career progression. Ridiculous amount of work related travel. Huge shortage of staff.

      Steep learning curve, helps you to learn faster

      Cons

      -pay is bloody Low (mine increase 1k after I left and I changed industry) -favoritism -back stabbing partners -tough clients -sucky culture, I cannot believe I thought this was normal everywhere. Thank God I was proven wrong.

      Pros

      Good people and generally a nicer culture than other global accountancy firms. Good office and facilities at London Head Office on Baker Street.

      Cons

      Support functions seem to get the rough end of the stick with constant restructures. Complex IT systems and poor CRM - overhaul and investment needed.
