      Pros

      I am working at BDO Malaysia. The learning curve is steep.

      Cons

      LOW SALARY. Company's HR always self-claimed themselves to be one of the Malaysia's Big 4. However, the employee benefits and welfares are not even on par with other small audit firms. Many seniors have resigned and are the firm is currently facing serious understaff issue. New joiners are assigned with multiple jobs at a time with no supervision from seniors (Lack of seniors).

      The Seattle office acquisition really put a damper on morale and the learning process for associates and seniors. Low pay Not much diversity with hired employees. Some partners were micromanagers and some were super hands off
