      Learned the skills to act busy and to please managers or management.

      Cons

      Worst remuneration package among mid-tier firm. Rewards not based on performance but based on your relationship with seniors and management. They rather you to stay back late to chit chat and do show rather than completing a job on time. The later you stay online, the better you are.

      Treatment by management. I came from a Big 4 Firm - I never felt so insulted and disrespected at the B4 firm. Never again.

      Pros

      Exposure to Public Accounting on any level to any firm is a pro. Once you leave companies love seeing public accounting and expericing busy season on your resume.

      Cons

      Miami Office very disorganized which leads to additional stress on a already high stress and very demanding job. Work-life balance is non existent. If you have a family or a partner don’t waste your time.
