      I guess the canteen is quite nice

      Think of the worst people you know. Now think of how they could be even worse, now you’ve got the long standing people at BDO. There’s such a hostile atmosphere there and HR are very aware but only support senior people. There are MANY women at the place. Shame they’re all PAs with disgusting attitudes. The senior PAs often bully people. Very unprofessional! Did I mention they underpay? Yep. Overworking and underpaying is the backbone of this place.

      Great people and teams, city centre location, good study leave, free breakfast and fruit

      Cons

      Client satisfaction over employees all the time. Understaffing, so existing people can feel very stretched and stressed.

      Mix of small and large projects so learn more compared to the Big 4 in some ways Few hours compared to the Big 4

      Poisonous atmosphere People being fired seemingly at random and very little job security in some departments no matter how well you perform Overly top heavy
