Salary was slightly above what big 4 was offering for the same role at manager level.

Cons

Absolute toxic work environment. Came across from big four, being told that there is no difference. Joining the Melbourne technical accounting advisory team was horrendous. Completely understaffed, with management & partner having no time to properly onboard and train up new staff. There are some very toxic individuals in that team in particular that thrive on belittling their staff.
