Reasonable pay levels, although neglible rises since the Crash

Cons

Miserable place to work. Everything taken terribly seriously and obsessed about flogging extra services to clients and generating higher fees. Constantly changing procedures (usually made more complicated) and a general attitude that nothing should be simple. Overly bureaucratic approach taken to everything.

As Bad as any experience can be, a simple bankruptcy and they are having a hard time hanging it can not trust the staff.

The only pros you happen to be in my town or I would have never used your service , Thanks for nothing and you should just do the job at hand. Everyone would end up happy.

Cons was not interested in using your service , but in a small town sometimes you have no choice.
