- A (very) few great managers - Various industries to choose from

Cons

- Very clicky among co-workers - Your experience may not be reflective of your abilities, but rather by the staff (and their mood, personalities) on your engagement - Not the best clients or the most knowledgeable - Ridiculous budgeting and expectations from upper management - No work-life balance (regardless what HR says)

They are best at fooling people. Be it employees or clients or any stakeholders.

Cons

Very unprofessional and incompetent senior management Nothing (absolutely nothing) like 5th largest accounting firm. They hardly integrated with the global network. No concept of employee training and knowledge sharing. No concept of performance based bonus. Bonus is as per the discretion of the Partner. very poor execution of mandates - their sole objective is to finish the work and get money from client. NO CONCEPT OF "REVIEW/QUALITY CHECK"

Infinte amount of knowledge to be gained..lots of experience with different areas is available

Cons

same as other firms...long hours etc.. really depends on the office that you are at.. each office has a different culture
