      Pros

      You work less than Big4. Flexible work hours. A lot of client exposure. Week off at Christmas.

      Cons

      The training for new hires is abysmal. I would not recommend starting your career at BDO. If you come as an experienced hire it's tolerable. PTO covers both vacation and sick days. Focus on using RISE in India means that interns and associates are not getting enough hands on experience and therefore are not ready for promotion. Changes in upper management have tanked the culture. Low raises even for high performers.
