Company treats employees like numbers outside of a few immediate office personnel, no guidance given past the onboarding. Upper management are elusive, very difficult to create office relationships. If you need help, good luck finding someone who is actually willing to help you. There is a great unwillingness to work as a team. Career advisor program is available for all, but it's a coin toss between a one-size-fits-all pathway or remedial training
