      Unorganized and no team environment

      Pros

      People are nice initially and are willing to teach.

      Cons

      Scheduling is usually dumped on you to do, which should be admin work. There is also a very high turnover rate due to the lack of organization compounded with the high expectations. It feels like various employees at varying levels are out to get you for some reason.

      Cons

      Some manager is difficult to deal with. Pray hard if you under that team.

      Remote work is fine I guess? Not many pros.

      Cons

      You will be working weekends. Every Saturday. Some Sundays. And late every night. People will undercut you at every opportunity, there is no such thing as team here.
